With over 25 years of experience in civil construction, Justin brings a strong background in both field operations and preconstruction. He spent 6 years in the field before building a 19-year career in estimating, focused on commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and multifamily projects.

Justin works closely with clients during budgeting and bid stages to develop accurate numbers, identify value engineering opportunities, and help position projects for success early.

Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for clear communication, reliability, and delivering results. His experience plays a key role in helping Marks Clearing & Grading grow as Raleigh’s go-to site contractor.

He also served 8 years on the Board of Directors for ABC Metro Washington, including Chair in 2025. Raised on a dairy farm in upstate New York, Justin developed a strong work ethic that still drives how he works today.
