Three scopes. One team. One schedule.
Moving from underground utilities to curb and asphalt is the stretch of a residential job where schedules most often slip. Underground has to be tested and accepted before curb goes in, and curb has to set before paving.
At Magnolia Forest we run all of it in house. Our pipe, curb and paving crews work off one schedule and answer to the same superintendents, so when a section of underground is accepted, curb is already staged to start. For KB Home, that means finished lots on a schedule they can build against, and one number to call when something needs to move.
